Build database systems of high availability and quality depending on each end user’s specialised role
Design and implement database in accordance to end users information needs and views
Define users and enable data distribution to the right user, in appropriate format and in a timely manner
Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data
Minimise database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses
Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users
Determine, enforce and document database policies, procedures and standards
Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy and integrity
Monitor database performance, implement changes and apply new patches and versions when required

Decent experience with recent versions of MySQL
Experience in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of MySQL software and related products.
Hands on experience with designing and implementing database replication strategies
Experience in troubleshooting issues and determining root causes.
Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL statements.
Ability to plan resource requirements from high level specifications.
Working knowledge of performance tuning and troubleshooting
Good team player with strong analytical, communication and troubleshooting skills.

Familiar in scientific writings (read and write).
Fresh Graduate or at least have 2 years experience as a Writer, Reporter, or equivalent.
Strong work ethic and passion for Science, Health, Tech desk.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with deadlines.

Oversee the integration of healthcare providers and organizations into the IDN network
Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure effective communication and collaboration among the network members
Coordinate the delivery of care across the network, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, cost-effective care
Monitor and report on the performance of the network, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions as needed
Develop and maintain relationships with network members, including healthcare providers, hospitals, insurers, and other organizations
Serve as a liaison between the IDN network and external stakeholders, such as government agencies, advocacy groups, and other healthcare organizations
Stay up-to-date on healthcare trends and regulations, and ensure that the IDN network is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
